STEP 2.0

IFPW Foundation continues its role as a collaborative donor to this impactful change management and leadership program, along with The Global Fund and Gavi.  STEP empowers supply chain leaders from the public sector in LMICs and MICs in overcoming obstacles and challenges in their respective health system and/or organization.

IFPW’s members continue to strongly support the private-sector coaching aspects of STEP.

In addition to funding STEP implementations, IFPW Foundation is now offering private sector coach recruitment services for other donors’ implementations, and continues to develop facilitators and co-facilitators from the private sector to ensure program sustainability and expanded reach.
